About Us
Oregon Mounted Shooting Association
Brian Wing (M2) - President - This is Brian's third year with the club
and he is hoping to come back on the same horse this year.  Brian
ended last season with a win at the Arlington WA and is now a M2 and is
hoping for another win this season.
Ken Mitchell (SM1) - This is Ken's second year with the club.
LIsa Wing  - Lisa is the support behind the Wing clan.  Without her,
Brian can't keep track of anything.  Lisa also helped put the great meal
together for our shoot in Molalla for 2009.
Katelyn Wing (WL) - Katelyn is a little timid after getting unseated from
the horse at practice.  K
atelyn's riding is really progressing this year.
Ben Wing (WL) Ben is the cheerleader of the group.  He can tell you
anything you want to know about the OMSA riders.  You can hear Ben in
cheering everybody on
in the stands.
Thomas Wing (WL) - Thomas is ready to ride after he warms up.  Look
for Thomas to give his siblings a good run this year.
Dardarh (Sam) Mitchell (SL1) - This is Sam's second year with the
club.
Susan Hixson (SL1) - This is Susan's first year shooting with OMSA.

Stuart Hoeft  -
Lana Martin (SL3) - Secretary -  Started shooting in 2005. In  2007,
qualified for Limited Top Ten Division World Finals, ending with a 7th
place finish.  2008 captured the Washington State L3 title moving her
up to a L4 in MSA.  With her horse, Wizard, a big paint teddy bear, she
continues her quest to kill balloons.
Mitch Bloecher (M2) -  Mitch was the Men's 2007 North Pacific
Regional high point winner and state high point winner.  Mitch is
committed, dependable and can make or fix anything!!!!
Jasmine Jones (J) - This will be Jasmine's first year to compete as a
junior.  Look out juniors.
Having fun with our horses, enjoying good company in a family atmosphere –
How could it get any better?!
Originally, Oregon Mounted Shooting Association (OMSA) was the Yamhill
County Mounted Shooters.  In 2006, we revised our name to OMSA, as the club
had expanded to several additional counties: Tillamook, Washington, Columbia,
Clackamas and Multnomah.  While the name has changed, the devotion
promoting the sport has not changed. We have been seen from North Bend to
Troutdale giving clinics and exhibitions.  We have even ventured into Southwest
Washington helping our neighbors promote the sport of Cowboy Mounted
Shooting.  If you would like a clinic, an exhibition or need help getting your own
club going, please see our contact page.  We look forward to bringing one of the
most challenging equine sports to you!!!
Jennifer Blake (L1) - Jennifer is back this year after taking some time off for
other horse activities.
